At Levi's India Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags intact.
Initiate Request
Log in to your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a request.
Pack the Items
Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Handover to Courier
Our delivery partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to pick up the package and provide you with a pickup acknowledgment.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
